01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Creative Advertising Network services, initializing 3D WebGL campaign units, or subscribing to media packages via creativeadvertisingnetwork.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Creative Advertising Network ("Service Provider"). These terms govern all programmatic media distribution, 3D WebGL canvas hosting, and neural ad delivery services.

02. European EUR Recurring Subscriptions

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle according to selected tier prices (€29.92 Starter, €72.27 Pro, €259.86 Enterprise).

• Monthly recurring auto-renewal until canceled.
• Cancel anytime directly inside your subscription dashboard.
• No long-term contracts or hidden termination fees.

03. 3D WebGL Intellectual Property

Subscribers retain full copyright ownership of custom uploaded 3D product models, GLTF assets, and creative branding materials. Creative Advertising Network retains all proprietary rights to the WebGL rendering engine, shader algorithms, and neural ad delivery infrastructure.
